Did you ever look at the GML uploade

I just gave a search with these terms ( max node, edge size and gml uploader ) in skype.. I think you have not mentioned these before..

gml uploader was converter

i mean we need to plan and execute

it can't just be open-ended work

May 29, 2022

also if possible give me some sample gml data for checking...

its attached to the converter

the converter works fine you can use that
--- Yes I saw that. If you have other data samples also share that. sure I will add it into our import section..

if you dont understand the task let me know

by the way laravel is dead

i mean its fine for legacy, but not the future

angular and react are the future

the other data samples are with the converter files

gml only has text support should we allow upload

and also should we be validating these uploads?

even textbox we need to be careful about injection

hi sure I will check with gml setup that converter script currently has.. let me check those first..

man

lets make a plan and stick to it

ok whats up dude

7:49 PM
yeah implmenting gml upload in my local pc.. thinking of doing it with file upload.. instead of text input..
so it will be like json import.. instead it will take gml file.. for importing

Will let you know soon when I have updates

Hey there.. yes I have added and pushed gml importing in bitbucet.. once Rahul push the changes to atomstoeve you can check..
after the change being added.. the url would be https://atomstoeve.com/create-new-network/import/gml

i uploaded karate club GML

worked great

even the positions

Aug 02, 22

celegansneural.gml, karate.gml

do these fail from the first line?

we should handle it nicely

Aug 06, 22

interesting

Rene, 10:16 AM
i uploaded a JSON file and it was fine

then i went to upload a GML File and it just created the same JSON thing

we need to organize the importer as well

so we have GML now

what ever happened to graphML

do you have the URL to the remaining conversion stuff

do you remember where it is

for example the graphML that we had online

and the other things you worked on

Rene, 12:50 AM
why isnt this already in atoms to eve

Conversion
http://multiplelinearregression.com

?

didnt you make it?

Rene, 1:25 AM

Conversion
http://multiplelinearregression.com

is this GraphML or GML

they are different

Aug 08, 22

since url rule for converter is not written if you try to access the link like this - https://atomstoeve.com/converter it will be redirected to somewhere else..

Rene, 1:54 AM
sure thanks

yeah i meant adding graphML to the import thing

do you know if it's GEXF or GraphML there?

https://live.yworks.com/demos/view/graphml/ i guess?

not sure.. I will need to check,, but please give me graphml demo data that you have used before with that converter.. so that I can check it..

Rene, 2:21 AM
you wrote this original code right?

2:21 AM
No..
it was there before..
in converter..

Rene, 2:22 AM
hm

i think something is not making sense

i think it was separately implemented from converter

also it says graphgml which isn't a format

there's gml and graphml

and i think graphml is just an XML file

2:24 AM
not sure.. I also havent seen it before until you reminded me now.. but without sample data to test.. it is bit difficult for me without knowing which graphml data would go in our converter..

Rene, 2:25 AM
i am checking code

trying to remember the history of this

2:25 AM
Ok Thanks

deepsea.graphml

kind of?

i mean it's still wrong, there should be a lot more attributes

so whatever

2:28 AM
yeah.. seems like json.. but in our db.. node id takes int... here it shows string..

Rene, 2:28 AM
i do think actually importing GEXF from gephi is important

2:28 AM
so there will be problem importing..
ok.. so you have used gephi extensively ?

Rene, 2:29 AM
not really

but enough

2:30 AM
Ok..

Rene, 2:30 AM
but the reason is

its used by hte most people

and they all have these files sitting around on their computers

if all they have to do is upload...

its easy

lots of users
