.togglebar-wrapper should defnitely not have boxshadow btw

yeah lets try it like this

maybe it'll save us

do grey bg for UI and white for network

and white for spreadsheet

use their blue as the highlight color

icons on grey, fewer lines

no shadows

fix the manage and statistics popups

all that

let's get going
